“为什么你们给我匹配的互惠生一直出问题？！”
我的一个老客户一直在跟我抱怨。

一开始给这个家庭匹配了一个德国女孩子，但还没开始办签证，互惠生说自己由于家庭不支持，决定不来了。
家庭表示理解，然后我又推荐了一个克罗地亚的女孩子给到家庭，面试下来也很好，没几天，互惠生说收到中国一所大学的录取了，也不来了。
然后匹配了一个摩洛哥英语好的，但是还没面试人家留言说要去法国读研不来中国了。
这次我又推荐她了一个塞尔维亚的互惠生。

“我现在不敢面试，怕聊的好好的最后又不行”家庭很无语，我更无语。

这种事情以往也会遇到，年轻人计划变动也不是没有，现在00后进入职场的流动率可见一斑。
但是这种连续三次四次都取消的真的很少见！

“我要是您我就去买彩票，我做互惠生这么多年，第一次遇到连续三次都不成！您这是要行大运啊！”我打趣安慰我的家庭。心里也是无奈！虽然有的行业会用各种话术、“故事”来掩盖真相，但我觉得跟家庭实事求是是最好的沟通方式。

有人会觉得我们agency对互惠生的“掌控”力度不够。我倒是觉得这是世界左倾趋势的最小写照。
我刚入行那会儿，我和美国的互惠生中介合作，推荐中国学生去美国做互惠生。
十年前一个互惠生中介要收1000美元的押金，后来改成400美元。
然后大概是五年前，美国的互惠生机构通知我们：现在我们不收押金，也不允许合作同行收押金。
而且要求我们中介告知去美国的互惠生他们是自由的，任何时候都是free to leave the program,在家庭做的不爽可以随时走。
反观家庭类似与包吃住的“雇主”，想让互惠生提前走还要承担对方半个月食宿与交通费用。
看上去双方的义务权利“不平衡”，或许从大众视角来看，互惠生在与寄宿家庭的关系中是弱者。
-话说谁又能真正“掌控”谁呢？
也差不多从那时候开始，到处能看到声讨互惠生“不负责”，“随便脱离项目”的声音。论坛Reddit上几乎被这样的帖子淹没。
归根结底，这都是小部分声音，通过网络被放大，更多体验到互惠生项目好处的学生和家庭没有机会去宣传这个项目的好处。
